I had some increasing leaks in my basement this last rainy season. I got a very reasonable quote from Aquatech as there were about 17ft of area that needed to be addressed. Bob and Vlad arrived bright an early and got to work, they protected all areas of my backyard (gazebo and bbq etc) and got to work. Everything was cleaned up and put back and gravel laid back with my steps and stones leveled back. After a leak in our basement we found that we had 7 cracks in our poured foundation, several of which had started leaking. Shawn came out promptly to assess the situation and the work that was needed. He provided a quote quickly. Once we were ready to go ahead with the work, he was able to have a team start reasonably fast. The guys worked long - sometimes nearly 12 hour days. It took 7 days to have the house completely waterproofed on all three sides and completely replaced the drainage at the footing and the window wells. The guys were courteous and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and didn’t disturb our neighbours. Should we find ourselves in a home requiring waterproofing again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Aquatech again. Thank you!

Absolutely thrilled with the job these guys completed on our 74 year old home in Hamilton! It was a HUGE undertaking and they did it in 3 days! These men work very hard and leave the place spotless until they come back the next day! Some evenings they were here until 9 pm! They were polite, respectful and extremely neat!!! Our sales rep Richard was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the field! He listened and executed the work we asked for! We highly recommend them and their final price was fair and reasonable for the thorough job they did! We welcome a dry basement finally! Now we can start planing for those renovations and a new cosy basement for grandchildren!!!! Thank you for the great job!!!

Had the basement done from the inside, with the few recent heavy rain storms combined with a damp ground. Everything worked well, the sump pump kicked in and dispersed the water out of the house as planned and designed.
The pump isn’t loud, they also completed the city of Toronto sump pump rebate for me.
When the crew was here I requested a longer discharged pipe outside from the house and they accommodated with no problems.
The pricing was slightly better than the other 3 quotes I received.
Terry did an excellent job communicating and answering any concerns I had after the job was completed.

Thanks to Terry, very responsive and very quick to action. Gave a price that beats most of the competition. They showed up on time. Taken pictures and informed me about the problem with my house.

Aquatech was wonderful right from the first contact to having Richard come out and give us a very complete and detailed quote to the two man crew who were here exactly on time and completed the day hours ahead of time. All the locates were taken care of and within a week of contacting them the job was completed. The workman did a fabulous job and were very respectful of our property. They reviewed the scope of the work before they started and asked if we had any questions. When the work was complete it was difficult to see where they had worked and dug the trench. Everything was tidier than before they started. We are very impressed and in a world where household repair companies can be less than favourable, Aquatech stands head and shoulders above any of them. We would highly recommend this company. We also have a life time transferable warranty too. Bravo. We will definitely be telling all the people we know about our wonderful experience. Thank you.

We had a flood disaster the day after we got the keys for our new home. Aquatech Waterproofing responded to my request for help quickly and came to access the damages the same day. They gave us several options for repairs as well as prevention that were fairly priced and a quick turnaround time. They executed our chosen plan quickly and did a beautiful job. EXCELLENT experience. Andrew was the first one to arrive and was extremely kind and helpful. Igor and Basil joined Andrew a few minutes later and all three of them worked very hard and finished this massive job in one day. These are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. There were no hassles or surprises and Andrew, Igor and Basil were very skilled and courteous. Also, Nico was VERY flexible with our constant changes of plans and was very accommodating and understanding. An excellent experience all around - could not recommend more highly!
