I had some increasing leaks in my basement this last rainy season. I got a very reasonable quote from Aquatech as there were about 17ft of area that needed to be addressed. Bob and Vlad arrived bright an early and got to work, they protected all areas of my backyard (gazebo and bbq etc) and got to work. Everything was cleaned up and put back and gravel laid back with my steps and stones leveled back. All repairs completed, and I'm very impressed and would gladly recommend them for your waterproofing needs. Thanks guys !!

Excellent execution just as promised. Alex and Alex finished our project very quickly and neatly. We couldn't even tell that they were there. All aspects of the contract were observed, professional and prompt communication and customer service. Price was not the cheapest nor the highest, but considering the importance of this operation, we didn't want to choose just a random person. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend Aquatech.

I had such a positive experience with Aquatech when I needed two cracks in my foundation repaired. From the point of requesting a quote - in which I had someone contact me immediately - to having Terry come by and give me an estimate and ending today when the job was completed. After a leak in our basement we found that we had 7 cracks in our poured foundation, several of which had started leaking. Shawn came out promptly to assess the situation and the work that was needed. He provided a quote quickly. Once we were ready to go ahead with the work, he was able to have a team start reasonably fast. The guys worked long - sometimes nearly 12 hour days. It took 7 days to have the house completely waterproofed on all three sides and completely replaced the drainage at the footing and the window wells. The guys were courteous and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and didn’t disturb our neighbours. Should we find ourselves in a home requiring waterproofing again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Aquatech again. Thank you!

Absolutely thrilled with the job these guys completed on our 74 year old home in Hamilton! It was a HUGE undertaking and they did it in 3 days! These men work very hard and leave the place spotless until they come back the next day! Some evenings they were here until 9 pm! They were polite, respectful and extremely neat!!! Our sales rep Richard was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the field! He listened and executed the work we asked for! We highly recommend them and their final price was fair and reasonable for the thorough job they did! We welcome a dry basement finally! Had the basement done from the inside, with the few recent heavy rain storms combined with a damp ground. Everything worked well, the sump pump kicked in and dispersed the water out of the house as planned and designed.
The pump isn’t loud, they also completed the city of Toronto sump pump rebate for me.
When the crew was here I requested a longer discharged pipe outside from the house and they accommodated with no problems.
The pricing was slightly better than the other 3 quotes I received.
Terry did an excellent job communicating and answering any concerns I had after the job was completed.

All the locates were taken care of and within a week of contacting them the job was completed. The workman did a fabulous job and were very respectful of our property. They reviewed the scope of the work before they started and asked if we had any questions. When the work was complete it was difficult to see where they had worked and dug the trench. Everything was tidier than before they started. Although I had several basement cracks (from ceiling to floor) that were not leaking, I preferred to prevent problems, rather than deal with them. I had three excellent quotes to repair the basement cracks, but preferred Aquatech for their knowledge, conservative techniques, extremely well documented process, and competitive pricing. Even though my basement is unfinished, I strongly felt that repairing the cracks from the outside was the best and most permanent approach. The crews arrived on time and began work immediately. I remember looking out the window and watching the young men start to dig beside the cracks. I returned to look outside again, after what I thought was just a few minutes. All I could see was shovelfuls of dirt flying out of holes in the ground. I watched as each step in the detailed quote was followed exactly. Although they worked quickly, they worked with clear experience and thoroughness. My feeling was that I was getting quality workmanship. The workers ensured that they left my property as close as possible to the state it was in when they arrived. Not only did I get a job well done, but I also got peace of mind. So so so good! We had our entire side of our house foundation waterproofed last week, and I couldn't be happier with the job done. Vlad and his team were fantastic - always professional, clean, meticulous, hard working, and great attitude. He stayed and patched up areas all along our wall, and when he saw that the pipe from our sump pump was draining right outside the house (from the previous owners), he fixed that for us too by adding an extension through to our front yard.

Excellent customer service! Nico, Andrew and his cousin (sorry, I forgot his name) were a pleasure to work with. They came in, completed the scope of work efficiently, and executed everything perfectly. Very professional and clearly knew what they were doing and were knowledgeable about the work. Slava and his crew did a fantastic job of installing piers and raised our sinking front concrete 4 inches. Very courteous, hard working crew! They hand dig as opposed to other companies that wanted to use a backhoe thus, saved our shrubbery and trees. I would highly recommend Aquatech!
